Best nail salon in midtown. Have been going every two weeks for over 5 years. Excellent with nail art and extensions. Sweet staff and lovely owner! Their 38th street location is nice as well if you want less noise. I have been getting acrylic for over 10 years and this is the best place in midtown.

I really like this place. I got a Dip/Powder Manicure. In my photos, you can see about 3 weeks between photos. They do a really great job & have lots of options for colors, designs and styles. The powder has lasted so long & I'm definitely converted from gels. My only complaint was the technician who did my gel was a bit rough and cut my nail and my cuticle bled (she knew and it happens ) but then there was blood from my cuticle cured into my manicure. It didn't show as much with the color of powder but if it had been a lighter color, I would have requested a redo on that nail.

Definitely one of the better salons I've tried in Manhattan! I got a regular pedicure, cat-eye gel manicure, and with removal of previous gel ($5 or $8?) and Gel-X tips for 2 shorter / broken nails ($10), I ended up shelling out over $100. However, I got the most beautiful birthday nails which lasted for a month and grew out so well. Worth the one-time splurge for sure but I don't know if I'd get this all regularly. A few other notes aside from cost: - I did have to pay extra attention to the shaping my nail tech did as I wanted an almond shape and they were tending towards more of an oval shape. I had already pre-filed my own nails in that shape so not a big problem but worth noting. (I can't recall if I had to pay extra for the almond shape -- some salons consider this an extra charge, which I personally find absurd, especially if I always keep my nails this way!) - I had to wait upwards of 30 minutes after my base coat gel was done for another nail tech to do the cat-eye application. I wasn't on a time crunch that day but definitely something to keep in mind. - These were some of the prettiest nails I've ever had! In the photo you can see the perfect soft rose pink base color (which I would gladly get on its own - I must know what brand this is!!) and the cat-eye applied on my pinky. The nail tech doing the latter was so patient as we tried out a few tones to find the best tone for my skin. Overall, excellent service and I would absolutely come back.
